Arizona parcels are not wired into LandCheck yet (AZGeo publishes only State Trust / mineral land parcels (state-owned), not assessor tax parcels. Parcels are county-based (Maricopa, Pima, etc.).). Flood zones, wetlands, soil, elevation and protected lands still work there.
